There is no head office and no central firm. Each adviser under the brand is a peer of the others, on the same footing, and each contracts with their own clients under their own engagement letter.
Where a matter reaches a jurisdiction an adviser does not cover, they refer it directly to the adviser who does, on terms the two agree between themselves. Where a matter runs between two systems, both advisers work on it and deliver a single coordinated position.
Where the network reaches no further, that is said plainly and a trusted local firm outside it is instructed.
