Vodexis.
International Tax Advisory Network

Cross-border tax, answered once.

Vodexis is a brand under which independent tax advisers work across jurisdictions. Whether the matter is a group’s transfer pricing and Pillar Two position or a family’s move across borders, the advisers involved coordinate their analysis into a single written position rather than several partial ones.

The Network

Advisers connected across jurisdictions.

A matter rarely stays in one place. A group restructures and three jurisdictions have a view; a family moves and two systems tax the same event. The network exists so that whoever holds the client — a head of tax, a trustee, a referring lawyer — can reach an adviser in the jurisdiction that matters, directly, without assembling a new team each time.

Every adviser is a peer of the others. Work moves between them in whichever direction a matter requires, and advisers are instructed on domestic questions within their own jurisdiction as readily as on cross-border ones. Where the network reaches no further, that is said plainly and a trusted local firm is instructed.

The network covers the jurisdictions where its clients’ affairs actually run. Advisers are admitted where that need is recurring, rather than to fill a map.

How it works

How a matter moves through the network.

01

Contact

A head of tax, a trustee, a referring adviser or a private client makes contact and outlines the matter in general terms. Nothing confidential is needed at this stage.

02

Placement

The matter is placed with the adviser whose jurisdiction and specialism fit it. Where more than one system is engaged, the advisers who will work on it are identified at the outset.

03

Engagement

That adviser contracts directly with the client, under their own engagement letter, their own firm and their own professional indemnity insurance. Vodexis is not a party to the engagement.

04

Coordination

Where more than one system is engaged, the advisers involved coordinate their analysis and deliver a single written position, with authority cited and assumptions stated.
